We'll gladly replace the item for you, but please note that customers are required to pay a small shipping fee for any replacements.
Please be aware that our Lifetime Warranty only covers what we state won't happen. If your Luxesmith piece is lost, stolen, or purposely damaged or damaged via a third-party, we cannot cover this. Additionally, we cannot offer money refunds for purchases made after 14 days from the date of purchase, but if you experience any issues within 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible.
