I got this from my lovely girlfriend for Valentine’s Day as a COMPLETE surprise because we said we weren’t going g to buy each other any gifts. But in true Katie Bae fashion, she simultaneously surprised me and warmed my heart with this gorgeous reminder of her love for me, and our love for each other. After an issue with the engraving on the necklace, I contacted customer service. Communication could have been better but the problem was eventually resolved to a high standard, which I really appreciated as it was a gift. Partner loves it and thats the main thing! 5stars 🌟 Thank you very much 😊
