To improve you should quality assurance check each item before it has been dispatched to ensure that it is of a premium quality as advertised and also meets any preview provided to the customer forming the basis of their order. Read and respond to any negative feedback, note repetitive issues and take action to improve on those concerns. Go above and beyond to resolve the issues of any disappointed customer and ensure they are satisfied with the outcome.

It's a nice pendant, I did change my mind with the engraving 2 min after placing the order. I messaged the company straight away. I understand it was my fault. But not even a reply from them saying something like unfortunately it's already processed, a day or so after it was sent out with the other engraving. Shame but again it's a nice pendant
An inside joke about how my fiance managed to get us lost walking into a carpark back to our car which was in a different car park!.....inspired this gift for his birthday, by chance I saw the silver compass and fell in love with it , the fact that I could engrave it made it even more special ! He loves his present and hasn't taken it off once since receiving it.
